Advance notice of a Vigil organised by Society for Threatened People in front of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague on Wednesday, 16 May 2012, commencing at 7.00 a.m.

As the trial on war crimes charges of General Ratko Mladic finally begins on Wednesday before the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Society for Threatened Peoples (STP) and approximately 100 victims of the war will hold a vigil in front of the court building to recall the responsibility that European powers also bear for the crimes committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1992 and 1995.

STP's banners proclaim "France, Russia, Great Britain and Germany - Guilty Too!“ and call for Bosnia's reunification.

We should like to invite you to join us at our vigil in commemoration of the victims of the war of aggression and genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina
