Bestowing of the Prize „SREBRENICA 1995“

Welcome of the guests of honour at the main gate by

Mr Beriz Belkic, Chairperson of the Srebrenica-Potocari Memorial and

Burial Site Foundation

and

Mr Abdurahman Malkic, Mayor of Srebrenica

Mr Tilman Zülch arrives in the company of the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bosnia-Herzegovina and the High Representative of Bosnia-Herzegovina and other guests of honour of the Memorial Site.

After the guests Mr Tilman Zülch is the last person to leave the Memorial Site accompanied by a young man and a young girl, who will be conducting the ceremony.

17.00

After the singing of the Bosnian National Anthem the Mufti of Tuzla asks all present to recite the faitha.

17.05

The moderators begin the programme, holding the welcome speech, the young man in Bosnian and the young woman in English.

17.15

The moderators ask the head of the Bosnian Muslims, Reisu-l-Ulema, to hold the laudation of Mr Zülch.

17.25

The mothers of Srebrenica hand over the prize to Mr Zülch. This is followed by his speech of thanks.

The moderators end the programme and invite all those present to go together to burial place for the laying of the wreath.

17.45 Mr Zülch

accompanied by the guests of honour lays the wreath, all then walk together through the Burial Site.

18.00

Mr Zülch returns to the main gate, where he is bid farewell by the mothers of Srebrenica, Reisu-l-Ulema, Mr Beriz Belkic, Mr Amor Masovic and Mr Abdurahman Malkic.
